View Candidate report

This is available for Planners and Graders.

Candidate reports are generated after a test has been graded and confirmed. This gives Planners, Graders, and candidates a complete overview of test results. It is important to note that the report will only be available if it has been enabled in the test settings.

This article show you how to get started with the report, provide an overview of its contents, and explain how to print the report.

Get started

Open the Candidate report

To get started go to the Grade module, and click the Candidate report workspace in the Marking 2.0 tool.

Toggle views

Click the toggle View report as candidate to view the marks report in two different modes.

  • Planners or Graders: View the components that are available in the Candidate Report and also see whether it is visible to the candidate.
  • View as candidate: View the report as a candidate.

Quick navigation

Click within the Table of Contents to quickly navigate through the Candidate report.

Candidate report overview

The following sections will be available for Planners and Graders in the Candidate report: Grade, Explanation of grades, Comments, and Questions. The candidate view will be dependent on the test settings.

Grade

The Grade section within the Candidate report displays the candidate's final grade. 

Explanation of grades

The Explanation of grades section within the Candidate report displays the Grader's explanations. Learn more

Comments

The Comments section within the Candidate report displays the following feedback:

Questions

Note that this section was previously called Marks and some of the images may not have been updated.

The Questions section within the Candidate report displays the following feedback:

  • Marks
  • Number, Question name, Response, Marks, Max marks, Question weight, and Question type
  • Originality Index and Originality Report, if the Originality Report was requested and shared with the candidates. For more information on this please check this page.
    • If the Questions marks are not shared with the candidates, this section will look like this:

Print the report

To view the Candidate report as a printable version, click Print.
