Has access to Item Bank Management Dashboard.
Users with the Item Bank Manager role are able to create, edit and delete Item Banks using the Item Bank Management Dashboard. They control the access to the Item bank by selecting which Access Group to associate.
The Item Bank Manager role does not grant access to manage members of an Access Group. If an Item Bank Manager need to control this, consider also enabling the Access Group Admin role for that user.
