Access Group Admin (Role description)

Has access to Access Group Management.

This role provides focused access to Access Group features without granting access to the main operational modules of the platform.

Access and Permissions

This role can perform the following actions:

  • Create Access Groups
  • Edit Access Group name
  • Set and edit External ID
  • Delete (unused) Access Group
  • Export CSV with Access Groups
  • Assign users to Access Groups (can be done in bulk)
  • Remove users from Access Groups (can be done in bulk)
  • Hide/unhide Access Groups
  • View users and resources in Access Group

Access Group admin do not have access to create Access Groups and assign users in bulk via the CSV upload. For this the Administrator role is required.
