The header contains several different types of information and actions, an it is an important tool in your marking process. In this article we will describe what the header contains, and how you can use it.
In this article, the header is divided into a left and a right part, and we will go through the different parts.
The header is always available across all workspaces, but it can be hidden by using the footer.
Table of contents
Left part of the header
1 - This is the name of the test, and the Candidate ID of the candidate you are currently viewing, or was last viewing.
2 - Contextual information
Here you see your name and what roles you have in context of the test. On the picture we can see that Karl has the role Grader on the test. We can also see that Karl has chosen to see candidates from the committee Gruppe 1.
If you are a member of only one committee, there will be no additional information here. However, if you are a member of more than one committee, you will get some extra options.
The committee selector
By clicking on the committee name, a new window (committee selector) opens. This gives you information about the committees. Here you can see the status on the committees and how many graders there are in each, the number of submissions, marking deadline (if set), your role in the committee and which workflow that applies.
By clicking on Show members you will get an overview of the graders in the committee. The verview includes name, email address, and last login.
Right part of the header

Here you can at any time monitor how far you have come in the marking process.

This button will always be the next step (primary action) in your marking process. When you have completed your marking (100%), the next step is to share your marks with co-graders. When you have shared, the next step is to view and resolve any grade conflicts, and the final step is to confirm the final grade.
