This setting affects all candidates and all tests once it is activated. 

Its purpose is to ensure that all file uploads started before the test end time are successfully finished and submitted. This is especially useful for tests that require candidates to upload large files. 

This feature guarantees that uploads initiated before the deadline are finalized by the system. Without this setting, the entire file upload must be completely finished before the test end time to be accepted. 

• Note: Even with this setting enabled, candidates cannot change any part of their submission after the time has run out. 
• Limitation: Do not use this setting with Auto Submission. Tests with Auto Submission enabled will override this setting and automatically submit when the test ends, even if uploads have not finished.
