Adding candidates to a test is a fundamental step in Inspera Assessment. This article provides an overview of the different methods available for adding candidates to your test, guiding you towards the specific instructions for each approach.

General methods for adding candidates to a test

Inspera Assessment supports multiple ways of adding candidates, offering flexibility depending on your institution's license and existing integrations.

  • Automated Integration: If your institution has integrations with external systems (such as FS, PCG, or Ladok), candidate information may be transferred and candidates automatically assigned to the test through these systems.
  • Invite by sharing Test Code: You can allow candidates to self-register for a test by providing them with a unique test code. This method is particularly useful for flexible or open enrollment tests.

For more information, refer to the How to Assign Candidates by Test Code article.

  • Adding Manually / Other Candidate Types: You can directly add candidates in Inspera Assessment using various manual assignment methods, either one by one or via specific CSV imports for different candidate types.

A limit of 1500 candidates per test is permitted in Inspera Assessment. Please ensure your candidate numbers adhere to this limit.
