Assessment feedback is a feature to share a general feedback message with all candidates after grades have been finalized. It is used to address common areas of improvement and help candidates understand expectations. This is a great way to serve as a baseline for candidates to develop their skills and knowledge.
This article will show you how to enable Assessment feedback.
This feature requires activation. Please contact the Service Desk to activate it for your Inspera Assessment tenancy.
Instructions
- Go the Deliver module and create/select a test.
- Within the Test settings go to the General settings.
- Click Enable Candidate Report and Marking 2.0.
- In the After test settings, click Enable general feedback for assessment.
This will enable the setting Share Assessment Feedback with candidates. This setting controls if the assessment should be shared with the candidates. Both settings can be changed after the test is activated and before marking is confirmed, including when marking is reopen.
Assessment feedback cannot be edited after the Candidate report has been released. This release time and date is set in Deliver under General Settings > Candidate Report as described in here.
