Psychometrics Dashboard - FAQ

 

Q: When is the data for my test available on the dashboard?

A: Submission data syncs to the dashboard once every 24 hours. This includes data from tests that are still ongoing. To ensure all submissions are reflected, please wait up to 24 hours after the test's official end time before considering the data complete. Currently the data is updated 10.15 UTC. 

 

Q. What types of tests are supported in the dashboard?

A: At the moment, assessments which have enabled multiple attempts are not supported. Hence, even if you enter their Assessment Run ID in the dropdown, you would get no results.

 

Q: What question types are supported?

A: The dashboard includes data for automatically marked questions only. Manually marked questions and their scores are excluded.

 

Q: The question numbering is not as expected, what could be the reason?

A: This can happen if a single question contains multiple parts (interactions). The dashboard lists each interaction as a separate question for analysis, affecting the apparent order and total count.

Stimulus materials will alter the numbering. They're numbered internally by dashboard but not shown. For example, if question 1 has a document stimulus it will appear as question 2 on the dashboard and question 1 (the stimulus) will be hidden. This is a known issue that we are working to address.

 

Q: I have found a quality issue with a question, how do I look up the question in Inspera?

A: Use the Assessment Run ID to go directly to the test event in the Deliver module via this URL format (replace placeholders and ensure you're logged into Inspera Admin): https://<your_inspera_domain>/admin/#deliver-test/<Assessment Run ID> Once there Preview the Question Set and navigate to the question. 

 

Q: Will the dashboard be accessible via an API for custom analysis?

A: Today, psychometrics data is only available in the form of a QuickSight dashboard. In Phase 2, we will provide an API for exporting CTT-based data, enabling custom analysis.
