The chat in Inspera Assessment is a powerful tool designed for administrators to quickly sort, filter, and answer any chat across the entire system, including pre-login chats from candidates who are not visible in Monitor.
The Chat manager role gives the following permissions within Inspera:
- Access to all chats started pre-login.
- Access to all chats across test events.
