What is the Originality Index?

The "Originality Index" represents a classification system, taking into account various originality checks performed once a document is submitted to the platform. It takes into account the level of similarity found in both the original language and translation analysis, as well as the AI authorship analysis if enabled.

The Originality Index contains three levels of originality:

• High risk
• Medium risk
• Low risk

High risk indicates low originality of the document, with at least one of the checks either the original language similarity, translation similarity, or AI authorship being notably high.

Medium risk indicates moderate originality of the document, with scores for original language similarity, translation similarity, and AI authorship all being moderate

Low risk - indicates high originality of the document, with scores for original language similarity, translation similarity, and AI authorship all being low.
