Audit Download

It is possible to download an CSV audit at the test level, as well as within each phase. In the top right of the progress Dashboard is a Download button. This will cover up to the first 8 phases. There is also a Download download button at the phase level. Clicking either will trigger the processing and downloading of the CSV.

The CSV will contain the following information:

  • Phase name
  • Candidate ID
  • Group name
  • Grader name
  • Grader username
  • For every question:
    • Question Title
    • Marks awarded by the grader
  • Total Score
  • Resolved Score
    • If a calculation has been used in the phase, the result of that calculation will be displayed here. Or ‘Conflict’ is no calculation could be made.
  • Provisional Grade
    • If Grading Thresholds are being used, the provision grade will display here based on the total score given by the grader. Not the resolved score.
  • Rule Condition Met
    • The Rule condition that this submission met will be displayed here. If they did not meet a rule condition, then ELSE will be displayed and they will have been moved as per the ELSE condition.
