This article shows you where to download the template sheets, details the necessary specifications, and outlines the print quality assurance required for successful scanning.

Download and print Inspera Docs sheets
Templates for the printing sheets can be found in the links below. Click on the desired text in the template to change it.
While the Question code and Page number text can be edited from the PDF template, do make sure to leave some text in these fields - and text only. Otherwise it might affect the ability to read the codes. We do strongly recommend to run a test round with the final sheets before printing at mass

Note that Inspera does not currently read the digits added to Total page number. We still recommend using this version as having the candidates register the total number of pages they submit provides an additional security mechanism.
Print quality assurance
Inspera cannot guarantee that your own prints of sheets are scanned properly and that they can be processed by Inspera Docs. This is dependent on the printer and print settings. This needs to be tested by your organization. We advise you to set up procedures to make sure that your own sheets are printed in a high enough quality so that they may be scanned and processed by Inspera Docs.
