This article shows you where to download the template sheets, details the necessary specifications, and outlines the print quality assurance required for successful scanning.

Templates for the printing sheets can be found as attachments at the bottom of this page

Note that Inspera does not currently read the digits added to Total page number. We still recommend using this version as having the candidates register the total number of pages they submit provides an additional security mechanism.
New templates will be provided soon, allowing you to easily rename the fields. While the above will continue to be supported, we recommend waiting to printing at mass.
Print quality assurance
Inspera cannot guarantee that your own prints of sheets are scanned properly and that they can be processed by Inspera Docs. This is dependent on the printer and print settings. This needs to be tested by your organization. We advise you to set up procedures to make sure that your own sheets are printed in a high enough quality so that they may be scanned and processed by Inspera Docs.
