Show candidate names after grading

  • Updated

After grading is completed and confirmed in Inspera Assessment, it is possible to reveal the real names of candidates.

This article explains how to show real names after grading is complete in both the Classic marking tool and Marking 2.0, and outlines the prerequisites for revealing names.

This feature requires activation. Please contact the Service Desk to activate it for your Inspera Assessment tenancy.

Understanding the feature

This feature allows for controlled deanonymization of candidate identities once the grading process is finalized. It is available for tests that use a test code for candidate sign-up. The real names of candidates can only be made visible after grading is completed and confirmed by all Graders on the test. If there are multiple Graders, every Grader must confirm grading before you can access the real names.
