Add an external link to candidate submissions in Oral exams (Classic Marking)

This is available for Graders.

For oral exams, a Grader can add an external link to the candidate's submission. The external link can be to a video or a cloud service like Google Drive. Once grading is finished, the link can be accessed by the Planner.

This feature requires activation. Please contact the Service Desk to activate it for your Inspera Assessment tenancy.

How to add an external link

  1. If the feature is activated, the option to add a link will be visible.

  2. Add a link by clicking Add, paste the link into the field, and click Save. 

  3. You can also edit or remove the link. Select the pencil icon to edit, or the X icon to remove it completely.
