In Inspera Assessment, when there is more than one Grader marking a submission, Planners can choose a workflow where Graders must agree on a numerical mark level for each question before the final grade can be confirmed.
This article provides a guide for Graders on how to resolve conflicting marks and override scores on both manually and automatically marked questions in Classic marking.
Overview of functionality
When there is more than one Grader grading a submission, Planner can choose a workflow where the Graders agree on numerical mark level before the grade can be confirmed. This means that each question needs to get the same marks from all the Graders to complete the grading process.
Resolving a conflict

Finding conflicting marks
Even if Graders have given the same overall grade on the Your Grading page, the final grade cannot be confirmed if there is a conflict in marks for an individual question. In such cases, all candidates with conflicting marks will be shown with a yellow background.
To see the details of the conflicting marks, click on the candidate with the yellow background. You will then see an overview of the conflicting marks from the different Graders. To confirm the final grade, Graders need to agree on a mark.

Overriding scores
If there is a conflict in marks, Graders need to agree on a single mark for the question. It is not possible for Graders to set higher or lower score than the value set by the Author.

To overried the scores:
