Available for Planner.
Planners can reopen Final grading, so that any errors found may be corrected. This feature allows a Planner to reset the confirmed grades, which is necessary if a Grader accidentally approved the marks or if wrong grades were assigned.
The process is slightly different depending on if the test is graded with or without committees. This article will go through both scenarios.
Instructions
- Go to the Grade module and select the test.
- Open the test in Classic marking.
- Grading without committees:
-
Click Reopen.
- Click Continue to confirm the reopening.
-
- Grading with committees:
-
Click Reopen for the chosen committee.
- Click Continue to confirm the reopening.
-
- The Graders will then be able to re-enter final grading.
- When the corrections of grades is done, one of the following has to be done:
- Grader(s) may re-approve Final Grading.
- Or the Planner may re-approve on behalf of the Committee by clicking Confirm Final Grading.
