Along with the new Help Center we will add content in the form of knowledge articles. This will be our new Knowledge Base for Inspera Assessment.
We bill base this Knowledge Base on the existing content but it will be rewritten to reflect the product updates that have happened since the original articles were first published.
The existing Knowledge Bases will not be removed and can still be found here:
Note that higher education in Sweden should use either the Norwegian or the English Knowledge Bases, because Kunskapscentrum is targeted towards schools and municipalities in Sweden.
Categorising of content
Content will be categorised almost like it is today with small changes. The three main lifecycle stages of an assessment will be the guideline so you will still find content categorised into before, during, and after the test.
Please have a look around to get familiar. Use the search function to find articles or navigate through the categories and sections to find interesting articles.
What kind of content will be added?
We will prioritise description of functionality and features, what they do and how they can be used. The Knowledge Base will not be populated with detailed user guides and click guides. If you are familiar with our existing Knowledge base you will notice that we are using a lot less screen shots in this version. This is partly because it is time consuming to keep images up to date, and also because we believe that the images are not necessary in many cases.
