What it means to flag a candidate in Monitor
Flagging a candidate is a personal visual marker for the user who set the flag. This feature allows Invigilators to mark candidates who may need to be checked on during or after a test. It is crucial to note that these flags are only visible to the user who created them and are not visible during the grading process.
The flag is simply a tool to help manage the monitoring process more effectively. It is not an administrative warning and does not affect the candidate's status or records.
How to flag/unflag a candidate
- In the Monitor module, select one or more candidates.
-
In the action banner on the bottom of the page, click Flag. You can also flag a candidate by clicking on the More dropdown menu on the right for individual candidates.
To unflag a candidate, follow the same steps and click Unflag.
Filter flagged candidates
You can also filter the flagged candidates. Choose the filter that is called Properties, and set the filter to flagged.
