This is available for Planners.
You can assign tests to an Access Group in the Deliver module. This article explains how to assign tests to Access Groups, and clarifies limitations for Graders.
This feature requires activation. Please contact the Service Desk to activate it for your Inspera Assessment tenancy.
Introduction
- If new tests are added to the same Access , users within the Access Group will automatically gain access to the new tests.
- Users can be added to Access Groups, which will provide them with access to all existing and future tests that are assigned to the Access Group.
This feature is optional. It is not required for using Item Banks or Access Groups in general, so you can still benefit from those features without enabling this feature. Please contact the Service Desk to activate it, or if you have any questions.
Limitations for Graders
When assigning a test to an Access Group, this will appear to include graders as well. However, while graders will see the test in their test list, they will not get access when they click on it.
Our recommendation is to assign tests to Access Groups that do not have members that are graders because of the above. Instead, add graders as contributors to the test the regular way, which will provide the expected access to grade the test.
