Usually, when creating questions in Inspera, you use text from a webpage, Word or other types of documents. To avoid error messages and other issues that can appear if you are using copy and paste the "usual way" we recommend you using unformatted text (text without links, hidden code to defining font, size etc) when pasting the text into Question.
- Copy the selected text. Preferrably in using keyboard shortcut:
PC: ctrl + c
Mac: command + c - Select the default text in Inspera and press Enter.
- Paste the selected text unformatted:
PC: ctrl + shift + v
Mac: command + shift + v
