How to create password-protected candidate groups

This is available for candidates.

Planners can enable candidates to create groups on their own. This article will cover how to create password-protected groups.

Password-protected groups

Password-protected groups provide an extra level of security after you enter your four-digit PIN. These groups require a password for anyone to join an existing group. Anyone can create a group but only those who have the password can join the group.

You must distribute the password to your intended group members. If needed, any group member can produce a new password. You can join and leave groups at will, but you must have the password for any group you want to join.

Join existing group

  1. Select your test within the Candidate dashboard, click Click here to get ready
  2. Select Join existing group
  3. Enter your four-digit pin. Click Join group
  4. Enter your Group ID and roup password
  5. Start your test

To leave the group, click Leave group. You will be taken back to the start page and asked to join or create a group.
