After your institution activates the Access Groups feature in Inspera Assessment, you can easily access its management interface. This guide details which user role has access and provides the steps to navigate to the Access Group Management interface.
User role for access
To access the Access Group Management interface, you must have the dedicated Access Group Admin Role. If you are logged in with only this role, you'll see a message on your home page indicating limited access. This message appears because your role specifically grants access to the new Access Group Management interface only. You still have full access to the Access Group management interface itself.
Steps to access the interface
- Sign in to Inspera with your account that has the Access Group Admin Role assigned.
- Click the Settings (cogwheel) icon located in the top-right corner of your screen.

From the dropdown list, click Access Group Management.

You are now directed to the new Access Group Management interface. Here, you can manage Access Groups and perform various bulk actions.
