This is available for Planner.
Inspera Assessment allows planners to add candidates to a test using one-time user accounts. This article explains what one-time users are and how to create them.
Understanding one-time users
The One-time users option assigns unique, independent user accounts to a test. One one-time user is created per candidate per test. If a candidate takes multiple tests, they will have a separate one-time user account for each, and they must use the username and password assigned to each to log in.
The one-time user credentials (username and password) are generated by Inspera Assessment and become available after the test is activated.
Candidate Experience
When a candidate logs in as a one-time user, the associated test will be available on their Dashboard. After completing the test, candidates can find it by logging back into Inspera Assessment using their one-time username and password and clicking Archive. They also gain access to any available demo tests.

Instructions
You can assign one-time users to the test in three different ways, all starting by administering the candidates in the test:
- In the Deliver module, navigate to the test setup by either choosing an existing test or creating a new test.
- In the test settings, find the Candidates section and select the invitation mode Add candidates to a test
- Then click Manage
- A new window will appear. Click the Add button in the top right corner and select One-time users
-
Choose one of the following options:
- Add new (preselected): This lets you add candidates one by one. Provide a candidate ID and add extra time if applicable.
- Auto-generate candidates: This lets you choose the number of candidates that will be auto-generated. You can edit the generated candidate ID and add extra time if applicable.
- Import from file (.csv): This lets you upload a prepared CSV file. The CSV file requires two columns: Candidate ID and extra time.
You can name your one-time users according to your preferences, or you can choose to leave the Inspera-generated ID as it is. A Candidate ID is a text string, and you can use letters, numbers, symbols, or a combination.
