This is available for Planner.
Inspera Assessment allows planners to add candidates to a test using permanent user accounts. This article explains what permanent users are and how to add them to a test.
Understanding permanent users
Permanent users are existing users within Inspera Assessment who can be added as candidates on more than one test. By using permanent users, candidates can use the same username and password to access all their tests across various assessments. These users are typically created by uploading a CSV file.
Permanent users are stored in the system, and once imported, they can be added as candidates on several tests. Users only need to be uploaded once, and they can easily be added to new tests from the list of permanent users.

Notes on importing permanent users
- Anonymization: The first and last names in your CSV import will become the candidate's Candidate ID. If you want to keep the names private from graders, you can anonymize this information in the CSV file by replacing the first and last names with other values or numbers.
- Customer-Specific Format: The specific CSV format required for permanent users can vary by customer. If you plan to use this candidate type, please contact the Inspera Service Desk to get the correct format for your institution.
-
Reusable Lists: When importing permanent users, you can create lists of candidates. This allows you to easily add groups of candidates to new tests. These lists can also be shared with other users.
