This feature is available for Planners.
The late submissions feature gives Planners flexibility to accommodate submissions after the primary deadline. Planners can enable late submissions on both the test and candidate levels.
This article explains how to configure late submissions at both the test and candidate level.
Configure late submissions on the test level
To allow candidates to submit their responses after the primary deadline for the entire test:
- Begin in the Deliver module
- In Test Setup, set a Test start time and Test end time by selecting a date and time
- Click Enable late submissions
- Choose a Primary submission deadline (PSD). The PSD must be between the test start time and test end time
- If you want to make the late submission end time visible to candidates, click Make late submission end time visible to candidates
Configure late submissions on the candidate level
You can specify an Individual Primary Submission Deadline (IPSD) and/or an Individual End Time (IET) for any individual candidate. Planners can do this once they have already set up late submissions at the test level.
Individual Primary Submission Deadline (IPSD)
The IPSD can only be set after you specify the Individual end time (IET) for that candidate.
- In the Candidates set up, click Manage
- Choose the candidate(s) for whom you want to set an IPSD.
- In the candidate menu, click Individual primary submission deadline
- Set the Individual primary submission deadline
- Click Done
Individual End Time (IET)
You can extend the Test end time for a specific candidate using Individual end time, allowing you to configure any length of late submission window for that individual candidate.
- In the Candidates setup, click Manage
- Choose the candidate(s) for whom you want to set an IET.
- In the candidate menu, click Individual end time
- Set the Individual end time. The Individual end time must fall on or after the test end time
-
Click Done.
