Instructions

This method is used to add candidates specifically for SSO users. You must have an SSO login enabled on your account to have this option available.

  1. In the Deliver module, navigate to the test setup by either choosing an existing test or creating a new test.
  2. In the test settings, find the Candidates section and select the invitation mode Add candidates to a test.
  3. Click Manage.

  5. Select your authentication type from the dropdown (some customers have several SSO setups) and choose your prepared file to upload.
  6. The required CSV format includes three columns: Candidate ID, SSO user ID, and extra time.

Optional Location Information: You can also add location information in this import by including up to two more columns, making a total of five columns: Candidate ID, SSO user ID, extra time, Building name, and Room name.

    • If you only want to assign a room, the column for building must still be present but left empty.
    • Room and building information will be available in the candidate list in Monitor; you just need to add the columns as they are not visible by default.
