Sharing marks and grades with committee (Collaborative grading)

After marks and grades have been set collaboratively, Inspera Assessment provides options to manage their final sharing and confirmation, particularly for tests involving grading committees.

Sharing Marks and Grades with Committees settings

These settings apply to tests that use committee-based grading. If there are no committees configured for a test, these settings have no impact on the grading workflow.

The two options for sharing marks and grades with committee are:

  • Allow completing own grades by committee: If a grader is a member of more than one committee, enabling this setting allows that Grader to confirm their own grades individually for each committee they are part of.
  • Require own grades to be confirmed across all committees: If a Grader is a member of more than one committee, enabling this setting means that when they confirm their own grades in one committee, it will automatically confirm their grades across all other committees they belong to, even if they haven't set marks or grades in all of them.
    • This setting is not compatible with Marking 2.0. If the test is set up to use Marking 2.0, this option will be automatically disabled.
