We have made certain development choices in order to provide the data before grading is closed for a test. Namely, the calculations may not use data from submissions that are received too late. The data processing time may need a few hours as well.

The event logs indicate the status of metric calculations which makes the availability of data more predictable. They are visible to Planners on the test, and to users with Extended access. To view the logs related to CTT data for a test, click on the log icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Initiated successfully

If the calculation of CTT data was initiated successfully, the log will specify the number of submissions that will be considered. This is a positive sign that the system is working as expected.

Failed to initiate

If the calculation of CTT data failed to initiate, the log will say so. In this scenario, we advise you to wait for a day or two before raising a support ticket.
