To help you to create your own user roles, this article highlights all of the available permissions within the Author Customer User Roles settings.
Note - the permission options you see in your Author CUR settings are dependent on the features you have enabled for your tenancy. This means you may not have access to all of the permissions listed below because you do not have the corresponding feature enabled for your tenancy. Reach out to Service Desk if you have questions.

| Item Bank | Controls whether a user can view, edit, create or delete an Item Bank. Note that all users who can view content within an Item Bank require the 'view' Item Bank permission. Note: this permission cannot be varied per user depending on the Access Group. If a user is granted Edit, Create or Delete permission then they will have this ability across all Item Banks. |
| Move Content | Controls whether a user is permitted to move content between Item Banks. |
| Rubric Templates | Controls whether a user can view, edit, create or delete Rubric Templates in the Item Bank. |
| QTI Import | Controls whether a user has access to the QTI Import option for Questions Sets / Questions in the Item Bank |
| List Question Set | Controls whether a user can access the list of Question Sets in the Item Bank. |
| Question Set | Controls whether a user can view, edit, create or delete Question Sets in the Item Bank. |
| Question Set QTI Export | Controls where a user has access to the QTI Export option for Question Sets in the Item Bank |
| Question Set Design | Controls whether a user can access the Question Set design settings. |
| Question Set PDF API Export | Controls whether the user can access the PDF Export Option in the Question Set from API Note: the visibility of this option will soon be controlled according to your tenant's configuration. For the moment, please ignore this option. |
| Question Set QTI API Export | Controls whether the user can access the QTI Export Option in the Question Set from API Note: the visibility of this option will soon be controlled according to your tenant's configuration. For the moment, please ignore this option. |
