Assignment Level Settings

  • Updated

Educators in Inspera Originality can create new assignments through the Add Units menu in their account. Currently, educators can create and configure two types of assignments.

  1. Assignment Submission – This is the default assignment type where students upload documents. Educators can configure originality settings to check for potential plagiarism.
  2. Code Similarity – This assignment type is specifically designed for code submissions. Students upload code files, which are then analyzed for similarity against other submissions within the same assignment.

The availability of certain features or options during assignment configuration depends on whether they have been enabled at the institutional level by an administrator.

For more information, see Manage System Settings.
