Role description - Org unit admin

Has access to Org Unit Management.

Does not have access to any of the main modules.

Has access to:

  • Create Org units
  • Edit Org unit name
  • Set and edit External ID
  • Delete (unused) Org unit
  • Export CSV with Org units
  • Assign users to Org units (can be done in bulk)
  • Remove users from Org units (can be done in bulk)
  • Hide/unhide Org units
  • View users and resources in Org unit
Note: Org. unit admins does not have access to create org units and assign users in bulk via the CSV upload. For this, the Administrator role is required.
