Columns
- Question Number: The sequential number of the question as it appeared in the test.
- Question ID: A unique identifier for the question.
- Mean Score: The average score achieved on the question.
- Discrimination: How well the question differentiates between high and low-performing students.
- Facility: The difficulty level of the question, represented as the proportion of students who answered correctly.
