The Academic Units section, conveniently split between Total Subjects and Total Assignments, allows educators to view all their corresponding subjects and assignments in the system.

Both the Total Subjects and Total Assignments pages categorize submissions by originality score, based on institutional settings configured by the administrator. Submissions can be displayed either as percentage ranges (e.g., Submission from 0–20%) or as risk labels (Low, Medium, and High Risk). For more details, see System Settings. |
Total Subjects
On the Total Subjects page, educators can view a complete list of all their subjects. The following capabilities are available.

Subjects are listed in rows, each showing key details for the corresponding subject. Educators can view the total number of assignments, submissions, and students for each subject. Submissions are also categorized based on their originality scores. Those still being processed appear in the Processing Queue column, while code submission appear under the Code Submissions column.
- Clicking a number in the Assignments column redirects to the corresponding assignment.
- Clicking a number in the Submissions column redirects to the corresponding submissions.

Educators can filter subjects by title. The refresh button denoted by ↺ resets the filters.
Educators can export the Total Subjects page in Excel, PDF, or CSV.
Total Assignments
On the Total Assignments page, educators can view a complete list of all assignments present in the system.

Assignments are listed in rows, each displaying key details including the subject, educator, start/end dates, and the number of submissions.
Assignment submissions are categorized based on their originality scores. Those still being processed appear in the Processing Queue column, while code submissions are listed under the Code Submissions column.
- Clicking a number in the Submissions column redirects to the corresponding submissions for the assignment.

Educators can download Originality Reports and Submissions Files for submissions in an assignment.
They can do this for a specific assignment by selecting the checkbox in its corresponding row, or for all assignments at once by selecting the checkbox in the header row of the assignments table.
A progress indicator will appear at the bottom of the screen. Educators can continue using the application without having to wait for the download to finish.
