The Administration section, conveniently split between Subject and Assignments, allows educators to manage and edit existing subjects and assignments in the system.
1. Subjects
On the Subjects page, educators can view a complete list of all their subjects. The following capabilities are available.
- Educators can export the Subjects page under Administration as Excel, PDF, or CSV.
- Educators can filter subjects by academic year, status, or title.
Subjects are listed in rows, each displaying administrative details about the respective subject.
Each subject row include a Duplicate, Invite, Edit, and Delete button.
Duplicate: Creates an exact copy of the current subject.
Invite: Sends an invitation to students to join or participate in the subject.
Edit: Allows modifying the details or settings of the subject.
Delete: Permanently removes the subject from the system.
2. Assignments
On the Assignments page, educators can view a complete list of all assignments they have created.
- Educators can export the assignments page under Administration as Excel, PDF, or CSV.
- Educators can filter assignments by academic year, or title.
- Educators can create new assignments directly from the page.
Assignments are listed in rows, each displaying administrative details about the respective assignment.
Each assignment row includes an Edit and Delete button.
Edit: Allows modifying the details or settings of the subject.
Delete: Permanently removes the subject from the system.
