Administrator - Content Access Requests

Introduction

Document Access Requests are managed on a dedicated page, where administrators can respond to requests from other institutions by granting or revoking access to internal documents. This ensures that archived submissions remain protected and are only shared with explicit permission.

Important
Content Access depends on the configuration set by the administrator at the institutional level. For more details on configuring Content Access, see Administrator - Manage System Settings.

Content Access requests are handled on the Requests page, allowing administrators to efficiently manage requests for internal documents from other institutions. Administrators can filter requests to view those they have received, submitted, or all.

Requests are organized in rows, with each row displaying details about the respective request, including:

Requester Name The name of the user who initiated the request
Institution Name The name of the institution from which the request originates
Document Title The title of the document that the request is related to
Request Date The exact date on which the request was submitted
Audit Log A detailed record of all key actions and decisions related to the request
Status Indicates whether the request has been approved, access may be revoked if needed
