Administrator - Content Access Menu

Note: It’s important to note that Content Access is determined by the feature configuration in the Settings & Preferences menu. When set to Closed, content access is prohibited. When set to Restricted, content access is limited and requires approval. When set to Open, content access is unrestricted and available.

The Content Access menu allows administrators to manage document access requests from other institutions. Requests are displayed in rows, with each row containing key details about the request. 

  • Requester name 
  • Institution name
  • Document title 
  • Request data
  • Audit log
  • Status

Each row includes a status toggle, allowing administrators to grant and revoke external access to internal documents as needed. 

Administrators can also filter requests using a dropdown menu, allowing them to view both the content access requests they have made and those they have received.
