Introduction
The User Management menu allows administrators to edit users in the system. The menu provides two distinct views for efficiently navigating and managing existing educators and students.
1. Administrator - Managing Educators
The Educators page under User Management enables administrators to view, manage, and edit all educator accounts in the system. The following capabilities are available.
- Administrators can search for educators by institution, department, or name for easier navigation.
- The Educators page can be exported as Excel, PDF, or CSV.
Educators are organized in rows, with each one displaying details about the respective educator, including:

Each educator row includes an edit button, allowing administrators to edit educator details.
Important
You can change an educator's role to a student, but you cannot assign them the administrator role.

2. Administrator - Managing Students
The Students page under User Management enables administrators to view, manage, and edit all student accounts in the system. They can filter students by institution, department, or name, and export the page as an Excel, PDF, or CSV file.
Students are organized in rows, with each one displaying details about the respective student, including:
