Administrator - Manage Subjects

Introduction

The Subjects section allows administrators to view and manage all subjects in the system. The following capabilities are available.

  • Administrators can search for subjects by name, academic year, educator, or status.
  • The Subjects page can be exported as Excel, PDF, or CSV. 

1. Administrator - Manage Subjects

Subjects are organized in rows, with each one displaying details about the respective subject, including: 

Subject Details
Name The subject's name
Subject ID The subject's unique identifier
Educators The subject's educator/s
Number of Students The number of students enrolled in the subject
Academic Year The subject's corresponding academic year
Type The subject's type, either elective or mandatory
Status The subject's status, either active or inactive
Edit Button

Each subject row includes an edit button, allowing administration to edit subject details. 

  • Can change subject's name
  • Can change subject's description
  • Can change subject's academic year
  • Can change the subjects status
