Introduction
The Subjects section allows administrators to view and manage all subjects in the system. The following capabilities are available.
- Administrators can search for subjects by name, academic year, educator, or status.
- The Subjects page can be exported as Excel, PDF, or CSV.
1. Administrator - Manage Subjects
Subjects are organized in rows, with each one displaying details about the respective subject, including:

Name | The subject's name |
Subject ID | The subject's unique identifier |
Educators | The subject's educator/s |
Number of Students | The number of students enrolled in the subject |
Academic Year | The subject's corresponding academic year |
Type | The subject's type, either elective or mandatory |
Status | The subject's status, either active or inactive |

Each subject row includes an edit button, allowing administration to edit subject details.
