Administrator - Academic Units Section

The academic units page is where administrators can view all subjects and assignments currently present in the system. This page is divided into two views, one dedicated to subjects and the other to assignments.

Total Subjects

The total subjects view allows administrators to view all subjects currently present in the system. 

Administrators can filter subjects by educator or search for them by name. They can also export the data shown in the total subjects view in Excel, PDF, or CSV. 

Subjects are displayed in rows, with each one containing essential information such as: 

  • Subject Name
  • Number of assigned educators 
  • Number of assigned students 
  • Number of assignments (refers to the assignments created for the subject)
  • Number of submissions (refers to the number of submissions made to the assignments created for the subject)
  • Average Document Langauge (refers to the average original language similarity for assignments in that subject)
  • Average Translated Language  (refers to the average translated language similarity for assignments in that subject)

Each subject row is expandable and provides additional information, including: 

  • Most used language
  • Number of high-similarity submissions for assignments in that subject
  • Number of medium-similarity submissions for assignments in that subject
  • Number of low-similarity submissions for assignments in that subject
  • Educator-to-Student Ratio
  • Educator-to-Submission Ratio
  • Student-to-Submission Ratio

Total Assignments

The total assignments view allows administrators to view all assignments currently available in the system. Administrators can filter assignments by educator, or student, or search for specific assignments by name.  

Administrators can download Originality Reports either for individual assignments or all assignments currently available on the platform.

  1. To download originality reports for all assignments, administrators should check the "Select All" checkbox and then click the "Download Reports" button.

  1. To download originality reports for specific assignments, administrators should check the checkbox next to the desired assignments and then click the "Download Reports" button.

Additionally, administrators can also export the information shown in Total Assignments in Excel, PDF, or CSV by clicking the “Export” button. 

Assignments are displayed in rows, with each one containing essential information such as: 

  • Assignment name
  • Corresponding subject
  • Corresponding educator
  • Assignment start date
  • Assignment end date
  • Number of received submissions
  • Average Document Language (refers to the average original language similarity for submissions in that assignment )
  • Average Translated Language (refers to the average translated language similarity for submissions in that assignment )

Each assignment row is expandable and provides additional information, including: 

  • Most used language
  • Number of high-similarity submissions in the assignment
  • Number of medium-similarity submissions in the assignment
  • Number of low-similarity submissions in the assignment
  • Student-to-Submission Ratio
