Administrator - View Academic Units

Introduction

The Academic Units section, conveniently split between Total Subjects and Total Assignments, allows administrators to view all subjects and assignments present in the system. 

1. Administrator - Total Subjects 

On the Total Subjects page, administrators can view a complete list of all subjects present in the system. The following capabilities are available. 

  • Administrators can filter subjects by title or educator for easier navigation. 
  • The Total Subjects page can be exported as Excel, PDF, or CSV. 

Subjects are organized in cards, with each one displaying details about the respective subject, including: 

Field Description
Number of educators The number of educators in the subject.
Number of students The number of students enrolled in the subject.
Number of assignments The number of assignments in the subject.
Number of submissions The number of received submissions across assignments in that subject. 
(Avg. Document Language) The subject's average original language similarity percentage.
(Avg. Translated Language) The subject's average translated language similarity percentage.
Expand Button

Each subject card includes an expand button to display additional subject details. 

  • Most used language
  • Number of high similarity submissions
  • Number of medium similarity submissions
  • Number of low similarity submissions

2. Administrator - Total Assignments 

On the Total Assignments page, administrators can view a complete list of all assignments in the system. The following capabilities are available. 

  • Administrators can search for submissions by subject, title, or educator for easier navigation. 
  • The Total Assignments page can be exported as Excel, PDF, or CSV.
  • Administrators can download either the Originality Reports or the submission files for submissions within an assignment. 
Important
To enable the download button, administrators must first select one or more assignments and choose a preferred download option. This can be done for individual assignments or multiple assignments at once. Alternatively, administrators can use the Select All checkbox above the assignment cards to apply the download option to all assignments simultaneously.

Assignments are organized into cards, with each one displaying details about the respective assignment, including: 

Field Description
Subject The name of the subject the assignment is part of.
Educator The corresponding educator for the assignment.
Start Date The assignment start date.
End Date The assignment end date.
Submissions The number of received submissions in the assignment.
(Avg. Original Language) The assignment's average original language similarity percentage.
(Avg. Translated Language) The assignment's average translated language similarity percentage.

  • Most used language
  • The number of students
  • Number of high similarity submissions
  • Number of medium similarity submissions
  • Number of low similarity submissions
  • Student-to-Submission Ratio
