How to assign and use the Proctoring Scheduler role

  • Updated

This article is for Planners.

To activate and book a proctored test, you must have the Proctoring Scheduler user role. This sub-role of the Planner role is available only to customers with at least one proctoring type (Recorded, Record & Review, or Live Proctoring) enabled on their tenancy.

  • Users with the Proctoring Scheduler role have the exclusive permission to activate a proctored test.
  • Other users can still create proctored tests, but will not see the "Activate test" button.
  • Assigning a user Extended Access does not automatically grant them Proctoring Scheduler permissions.
  • If a booking request for a Live Proctoring test is rejected, any Planner can deactivate the test.
