How to Assign and Use the 'Proctoring Scheduler' Role

This article is for Planners.

To activate and book a proctored test, you must have the 'Proctoring Scheduler' user role. This sub-role of the 'Planner' role is available only to customers with at least one proctoring type (Recorded, Record & Review, or Live Proctoring) enabled on their tenancy.

Users with the 'Proctoring Scheduler' role have the exclusive permission to activate a proctored test. Other users can still create proctored tests but will not see the 'Activate test' button.

Assigning a user 'Extended Access' does not automatically grant them 'Proctoring Scheduler' permissions.

Note: If a booking request for a Live Proctoring test is rejected, any Planner can deactivate the test.
