Submission Precheck

  • Updated

The submission precheck feature in Inspera Originality is intended to offer flexibility for students. Pre-checking allows students to upload their documents for preliminary review, enabling them to assess potential originality issues before final submission.

Documents uploaded for pre-checking are neither archived nor saved for future reference. Instead, they are stored on a dedicated page that is accessible only to the student user.

Upon making a pre-check upload, students can tailor the specifics of the originality-checking capabilities in the settings section.

How many prechecks are available?

By default, each student has 10 submission prechecks available. This is a lifetime limit, not a limit per term or period. Once a student has used all 10 prechecks, they will not get new ones automatically unless requested from the institution.

Your institution can raise this limit and add as many prechecks as it needs. To change the number of prechecks, contact your institution’s Inspera Originality administrator.
