How to View Submission Details
The submission details button is located at the top of the document canvas and can be triggered by clicking on it.
Upon clicking, a modal will pop up containing the following details:
- Title - the title of the document that was uploaded
- Document language - the original language of the document that was uploaded
- Translated language - the language that the evaluator selected to check for translation similarity against
- AI Authorship analysis - whether AI Authorship analysis was enabled for this question or not
- File size - The size of the file that was uploaded
- Word count - The number of words in the document
- Page count - The number of pages in the document
What is included in the “Download” button?
The “Download” button is located above the document canvas and supports the download of three kinds of documents
- Original language report
- Translated language report
- Document file
The “Original Language report” provides a PDF version of the originality report for the original language (i.e. English-English), containing all essential details from the online version. This includes the document's author, title, similarity index (before and after evaluation), sources of similarity, and a canvas highlighting the sentences in question. The highlighted sentences in the report are interactive and clicking on them will direct you to the links where the similarities were detected.
The “Translated Language report” provides a PDF version of the originality report for the translated language (i.e. Spanish-English), containing all essential details from the online version. This includes all the fields and functionalities that were mentioned in the original language above.
The “Document File” will simply offer the choice to download the submission into a PDF file for further use.

How does the report navigation work?
The report navigation bar can be found above the document canvas, where each numbered section represents a page in the document. The report navigation is useful when it comes to handling documents that have a high number of pages and it is very time-consuming to scroll through each page. Instead, the report navigation notifies the Grader which pages need attention and which can be filtered out.
The tab that is highlighted in dark blue represents the page the Planner or Grader is currently viewing. Clicking on one of the tabs will take you directly to the corresponding page.
The small red circle in the top right of the page number represents the fact that this page contains originality issues that the evaluator needs to address.
