To enable Originality Checking during a test, you can access the 'Security' tab in the 'Setup' phase of test creation. Here is an option labeled 'Request Originality Report,' which can be selected to trigger the Originality Report, which integrates originality checking into assessments. 

This option can only be enabled/disabled before the test has been activated.

Once it is enabled, more settings become available to better configure the report to be generated and to decide if/when to share the report with the candidates. More information about this can be found in the IO Integration Settings page.
